Eastreet 4 in Bangkok
Join us for the Eastreet 4 exhibition and curator’s talk at the House of Lucie gallery in Bangkok, Thailand.
Photos included in the Eastreet 4 will be presented in a special layout dedicated to the gallery space and accompanied by the curator’s talk and discussion with the public. During the talk, Tomasz Kulbowski, director and originator of the Eastreet project, will share insights into the process of curating the Eastreet project, ideas behind the selection of photos, creating the photo book, as well as the documentary photography in Eastern Europe in general.
Eastreet is one of the biggest initiatives promoting photography from Eastern Europe. Close to 11.000 photos were submitted to the latest edition. The Curators team selected 100 photos taken in 20 countries to be presented in the form of the exhibition and a dedicated photo book. Eastreet was presented in Belgium, France, Georgia, Croatia, Ukraine and other countries. More details: http://eastreet.eu/
House of Lucie was established in 2016 by Hossein Farmani as a contemporary photography space to showcase the extraordinary work of the Lucie Awards honorees, as well as to carry on his passion for discovering, collecting and sharing the work of local and international photographic talent.
