Photography of Eastern Europe

Serge Poliakov, born and living in Odessa. More then ten years I take photos in my own city and during travels around Ukraine and nearest countries. I’m not looking for some exotics or extraordinariness, but trying to find meaningful and unique moments, like a small story in one picture, emerging among daily routine in ordinary places.

Using the terms of school educational programme, I would say photography to me means a blend of Literature and Geometry, I’d also add some physical training because you really have to walk a lot.
